“Many Ideas”

My artwork explores
the conception and development of ideas. In each of the photos there is a
common black pattern of networks which represents how people travel along
different paths to arrive at different ideas. Ideas also travel along these
networks as they develop and transform. The extreme use of black and white, represents
that without ideas, existence would cease. The uncontrolled drips of ink in the
pattern show how the development of ideas is a natural process. The girl, has
the network projected onto her to show that she is a part of her ideas and
neither one can exist without the other.
